Khloe Kardashian-Odom is enjoying being an aunt to new nephew Mason — so much so that the socialite has been telling pals that she’s ditching birth control in hopes of welcoming a bundle of joy of her own with Lakers-starting hubby Lamar Odom.

“Now that she’s married Khloe wants to start a family,” a friend of the E! reality star blabs in the new issue of NW. “At first Lamar wanted to wait since he already has children, but Khloe persuaded him to give her the baby she wants, so they’re working on it.”

The friend says the gangly brunette’s already started decking out the nursery in her suburban L.A. home.

Lamar and Khloe wed in October following a four week courtship.
