Gabriel Aubry Halle Berry Custody Battle?

Gabriel Aubry, the Canadian beefcake formerly known as Halle Berry’s penis supplier, has filed for a petition for joint custody of the former couple’s two-year-old daughter, Nahla, PEOPLE has learned.

Berry, 44, gave birth to Nahla in 2008 after dating Aubry for about two years. The pair announced their split last year in April.

The male model, who last made headlines when he briefly dated socialite Kim Kardashian late last year, filed legal documents in Los Angeles earlier this month, declaring himself Nahla’s dad. In additional documents filed this week, Aubrey reportedly lodges a request for joint physical and legal custody and support of Mini-Halle.

Berry is now dating French actor Olivier Martinez.
